Bringing Store Bookings and Member Records into One Mini Program

Project Background

The business operated several physical locations and handled most appointments manually by phone and WeChat. Services, schedules, and member information were maintained separately across stores.

Customers needed a consistent way to choose a location, service, and available time, while the operations team needed a shared view of each store’s schedule. Separate records made the customer experience inconsistent and prevented the head office from maintaining a continuous operating history.

Design and Implementation

The WeChat Mini Program was organized around locations, services, appointment times, member information, and order records. A shared administration system lets the operations team maintain services and review bookings across stores.

Customers choose a location and service before selecting a time and reviewing the resulting record. Member and order details appear together so customers can understand their own arrangements without switching repeatedly between sources.

The administration system groups services and bookings by location. Head office can maintain shared information, while each store can work from its own schedule. The design connects customer actions with the internal operating workflow.

Final Presentation

Customers can make their own appointments, while the operations team maintains services and reviews bookings across locations from one system.

The same service records support team coordination, and the existing structure can accommodate later store or service changes.
