1. Scope

These terms apply to access to and use of the Lihangxing Technology website, its public content, and its project inquiry features. They do not replace a quotation, contract, nondisclosure agreement, or delivery agreement for a specific customer project.

2. Website Content

The website describes the company, its services, products, and publicly presented capabilities. We take reasonable steps to keep this information accurate, but product status, service scope, and page content may change. The scope of any engagement is governed by documents confirmed by both parties.

3. Inquiries and Engagements

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or promise. Project scope, fees, schedule, intellectual property, acceptance criteria, and maintenance arrangements are confirmed in formal engagement documents.

4.1 Original Website Content

Page designs, user interfaces, interactions, code, copy, graphics, animations, proprietary product interfaces, and other original content created for this website are protected by law and belong to Shenzhen Lihangxing Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holder. Without authorization, you may not copy, republish, mirror, scrape in bulk, modify and republish, or use that content commercially.

4.2 Third-Party Images and Video

Some images, video, or other visual material may come from third-party libraries such as Pexels that provide commercial-use licenses. Each item is used under its applicable license, and its copyright and related rights remain with the original rights holder.

Such material is used only to support website design, illustrate scenarios, and provide visual or promotional context. It does not imply a partnership, employment relationship, license, endorsement, or other commercial relationship between Lihangxing Technology and any person, brand, building, product, or organization shown. Unless a page states otherwise based on verified facts, stock-library models are not Lihangxing Technology employees, customers, or partners.

4.3 AI-Generated or AI-Assisted Content

Some illustrations, backgrounds, animations, videos, visual concepts, or other digital material may be generated, assisted, or processed with AI tools for design, creative expression, or scenario illustration. Unless explicitly identified as verified real content, it should not be treated as a real person, office, customer site, project result, or event record. Where applicable law requires a label for synthetic content, the relevant requirements apply.

4.4 Font Licensing

The website uses system fonts, properly licensed fonts, or fonts permitted for the relevant commercial use under open-source or commercial license terms. Copyright and trademark rights in those fonts remain with their respective owners.

4.5 Trademarks, Logos, and Brand Names

The website may display third-party brand names, trademarks, or logos where reasonably needed to explain compatibility, a technical ecosystem, platform capabilities, or a business scenario. When a project is anonymized for confidentiality, identifying sensitive information is withheld. Concepts, design explorations, industry examples, and work that is not an actual customer delivery are distinguished from verified customer work to avoid confusion.

4.7 Portraits and Office Scenes

Photographs of real employees, customers, or partners are used only where there is a lawful basis. Stock models, AI-generated people, and illustrative scenes are not presented as real employees, customers, or office locations. AI-generated office imagery is not described as an actual office or customer-site photograph.

5. Acceptable Use and Protection of Materials

You may not use this website for unlawful activity, malicious probing, service interference, bypassing security controls, or automated access that disrupts normal operation. Without authorization, you may not download in bulk, scrape, or mirror the website; repackage its images, video, or design assets for sale as a library; present Lihangxing Technology work as another party’s original work; remove copyright, source, or rights notices; or use website content to infringe another party’s lawful rights.

The website may link to filing lookup services, third-party websites, platforms, or services. Lihangxing Technology does not control their content, privacy practices, availability, or security. Their own terms apply when you visit them.

7. Accuracy and Updates

We take reasonable steps to keep descriptions of services, products, data, case studies, and other information accurate and current, but they may change with the product, business, applicable law, or actual delivery scope. Public website content is not an unconditional guarantee of project results, revenue, rankings, conversion performance, or any other specific business outcome. Formal documents confirmed by both parties govern each engagement.

8. Responsibility Boundaries

If the website is temporarily unavailable because of force majeure, a network provider failure, interruption of a third-party service, or another event outside our reasonable control, Lihangxing Technology will respond within a reasonable scope. Responsibility, service standards, and remedies for a customer project are governed by the contract or other formal engagement documents signed by both parties.

Please provide evidence of your rights, the location of the material, your contact details, and an explanation.
