Making Complex Industrial Products Easier to Understand Online

Project Background

The company had many models and complex technical specifications. Overseas buyers often needed sales staff to clarify specifications and applications repeatedly because the existing website did not explain enough on its own.

Industrial purchasing depends on precise information. Products may look similar while differing in specifications, interfaces, and operating conditions. The website needed to help buyers narrow the options and let sales staff share technical information relevant to a specific question.

Design and Implementation

The project rebuilt product categories and filters, then brought specifications, applications, downloads, related products, and inquiry options into each product detail page. Industry solutions and technical support content were added around that structure.

Categories help visitors choose a direction before detail pages present specifications, application notes, and downloads together. Related products and industry solutions support comparison by practical use instead of requiring repeated searches across separate pages.

The interface prioritizes reading and comparing technical content, with imagery used to explain structure and context. Mobile layouts reorder specifications and downloads and place the inquiry path after the supporting details.

Final Presentation

Key specifications, application information, and downloads are now available on product pages, reducing repeated explanations early in a sales discussion.

Customers can establish a basic understanding first, while sales staff can continue the conversation with a relevant product page and technical material.
