Building a Clear Online Entry Point for Logistics Services
Project Background
The company previously introduced its domestic transport, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain services through offline discussions and sales documents. As the business expanded, it needed one website where prospective customers could understand the service scope, coverage, and ways to work together.
The site first needed to answer three practical questions: which logistics services are available, which businesses they suit, and how a customer can start a discussion. Transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management are related, but each needed its own explanation before showing how they work together.
Design and Implementation
Work began with business interviews and content review. The project planned the information architecture for transport, warehousing and distribution, and supply chain solutions; designed and built the main company pages; and added a content management system and inquiry form.
Separate pages explain the suitable use cases, main steps, and discussion points for each service. This helps prospective customers form an initial view before contacting the team with a specific requirement.
Warehouse, delivery, and operational imagery establishes context without generic marketing claims. The homepage provides clear service routes, mobile pages keep the same reading order, and the inquiry form and content system support ongoing use.
Final Presentation
The website brings service scope, process, and company capabilities together so customers can review the offering and submit an inquiry.
The team can update pages as its services change, and sales staff can share the relevant service page instead of rebuilding a complete introduction for each conversation.
