1. Scope and Operator
This policy applies only to the Friendly Calendar app provided by Shenzhen Lihangxing Technology Co., Ltd. It does not apply to the Lihangxing Technology website or other products and services.
2. Information We Process
Friendly Calendar can be used without registration or sign-in. Schedules, alarms, countdowns, day counters, reminders, categories, and tags that you create are used on your device to provide recording, display, and reminder features.
- Date and reminder content: created, changed, or deleted by you.
- Home Screen widget content: read from the app’s local data to display information you choose in a widget.
- Support communications: only when you email support@lihangxing.com, we receive your email address and the information you provide in order to respond.
3. Permission Use
When you enable reminders, Friendly Calendar asks the system for notification permission only to deliver local reminders at times you set. Denying notification permission does not affect recording or viewing features that do not rely on notifications, but reminders may not be delivered.
4. Local Storage and Transmission
Dates, schedules, and reminders that you create in Friendly Calendar are stored locally on your device by default. Under the current product design, this content is not automatically uploaded to Lihangxing Technology servers, and use does not depend on cloud sync or a company account.
5. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share locally created Friendly Calendar content for advertising profiles. Data processing performed by the device operating system or App Store is governed by those platforms and is not an upload of your schedule content initiated by Friendly Calendar.
6. Retention and Deletion
Local content remains until you delete the relevant records in the app or remove the app from your device. Actual deletion behavior depends on system settings; before changing devices, uninstalling, or clearing data, make sure important records are safely retained as needed.
7. Your Choices and Permission Controls
You can view, change, or delete records you created in Friendly Calendar, and you can disable notification permission in iOS or iPadOS Settings. The related reminder features may stop working after permission is disabled.
8. Children’s Privacy
Friendly Calendar is not designed to collect children’s personal information. Children should use the app with a guardian’s guidance and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in records.
9. Policy Updates and Contact Us
We will update this policy and its revision date if Friendly Calendar's features or data practices change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide an appropriate notice.
