Friendly Calendar User Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement governs your download, installation, and use of Friendly Calendar and is between you and Shenzhen Lihangxing Technology Co., Ltd. By using Friendly Calendar, you confirm that you have read and accepted it. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app.

2. Services

Friendly Calendar provides the following features, subject to the version currently available in the app:

View dates and create, edit, and manage schedules.
Create and manage alarms, countdowns, day counters, and reminders.
Display local date and reminder information you choose through Home Screen widgets.

3. Software License

Subject to this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Friendly Calendar only on compatible devices that you lawfully own or control. All rights not expressly granted remain with us or the relevant rights holders.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use Friendly Calendar lawfully and are responsible for the content you process and the actions you take through the app.

Do not use the app to create, store, or distribute unlawful or infringing content, or content that harms the lawful rights of others.
Do not maliciously interfere with the app, bypass safeguards, or reverse engineer, decompile, or alter the software except where applicable law permits.
You must have the necessary rights to open, create, edit, or save content in the app.

5. Data and Privacy

Dates, schedules, and reminders that you create are stored locally on your device by default. You are responsible for managing your device and important records, and for controlling notification permission through the app and system settings.

See Friendly Calendar's separate Privacy Policy for its data practices. The general website privacy policy does not replace the app-specific policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, marks, text, graphics, and other protected elements of Friendly Calendar belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You retain applicable rights in documents, records, photos, and other user content that you lawfully own.

7. Service Changes and Updates

We may update Friendly Calendar to improve features, maintain compatibility, fix issues, or meet legal requirements. Features may vary by app version, device, or operating system; the version you use controls.

8. Disclaimers

Friendly Calendar assists with date records and reminders, but is not a medical, safety, emergency, or other professional alert service that guarantees delivery. Notifications may be affected by device power, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, power-saving behavior, system limits, or user settings. Use an appropriate backup method for critical events.

To the extent permitted by law, Friendly Calendar is provided as is. We take reasonable steps to maintain it, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device, system version, or environment, or that it will meet every individual need.

9. Limitation of Liability

You should keep appropriate copies of important content and use the app carefully. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, device failure, user error, or interruption of third-party system services. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement to reflect product features or applicable requirements and will show the revision date on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised agreement; if you do not agree, you may stop using the app.
