1. Scope and Operator
This policy applies only to the Light Album app provided by Shenzhen Lihangxing Technology Co., Ltd. It does not apply to the Lihangxing Technology website or other products and services.
2. Information We Process
To provide photo browsing, album organization, image enhancement, filters, saving, and system sharing, Light Album processes the photos you authorize or select, editing settings, and generated images on your device.
- Photos and album content: limited to the scope you authorize or select through system controls.
- Editing output: operations such as cropping, enhancement, and filters, plus images you choose to save.
- Support communications: only when you email support@lihangxing.com, we receive your email address and the information you provide in order to respond.
3. Permission Use
When you browse, select, or save photos, Light Album requests system photo permission as needed. You can choose a limited set of photos where supported by the system and can change or revoke access at any time in iOS or iPadOS Settings. Features that rely on library access may stop working after permission is denied or revoked.
4. Local Storage and Transmission
Photo browsing, image editing, and filter processing are performed locally on your device by default. Under the current product design, Light Album does not automatically upload selected originals or edited output to Lihangxing Technology servers.
5. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your photos for advertising profiles. An image is handed to another destination only when you intentionally use system sharing and choose a recipient. That destination is responsible for its own data practices.
6. Retention and Deletion
Original photos remain in the system photo library unless you delete them through the Photos app. Edited images that you save remain in the selected album and must also be deleted through the system photo library. Uninstalling Light Album removes the app’s local settings and cache but does not automatically delete images already saved to the library.
7. Your Choices and Permission Controls
You decide which photos Light Album may access, whether to save edited output, and whether to use system sharing. Photo permission can be adjusted under Settings, Privacy & Security, Photos; the exact path may vary by system version.
8. Children’s Privacy
Light Album is not designed to collect children’s personal information. Children should use it with a guardian’s guidance and take care when selecting, editing, or sharing photos that contain personal information about themselves or others.
9. Policy Updates and Contact Us
We will update this policy and its revision date if Light Album's features or data practices change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide an appropriate notice.
