Light Album User Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement governs your download, installation, and use of Light Album and is between you and Shenzhen Lihangxing Technology Co., Ltd. By using Light Album, you confirm that you have read and accepted it. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app.

2. Services

Light Album provides the following features, subject to the version currently available in the app:

Browse and organize device photos and albums within the scope authorized by the system.
Apply local edits such as cropping, enhancement, and filters to selected images.
Save edited output to the system photo library or share it through system features at the user’s direction.

3. Software License

Subject to this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Light Album only on compatible devices that you lawfully own or control. All rights not expressly granted remain with us or the relevant rights holders.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use Light Album lawfully and are responsible for the content you process and the actions you take through the app.

Do not use the app to create, store, or distribute unlawful or infringing content, or content that harms the lawful rights of others.
Do not maliciously interfere with the app, bypass safeguards, or reverse engineer, decompile, or alter the software except where applicable law permits.
You must have the necessary rights to open, create, edit, or save content in the app.

5. Data and Privacy

You must have the right to access, edit, save, and share selected photos and should keep appropriate copies before important edits. Light Album processes authorized photos locally on your device by default.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, marks, text, graphics, and other protected elements of Light Album belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You retain applicable rights in documents, records, photos, and other user content that you lawfully own.

7. Service Changes and Updates

We may update Light Album to improve features, maintain compatibility, fix issues, or meet legal requirements. Features may vary by app version, device, or operating system; the version you use controls.

8. Disclaimers

Image display and editing output may vary because of device screens, color settings, source quality, system versions, or output formats. Preview and confirm results before saving or sharing, and keep an unmodified copy of important originals.

To the extent permitted by law, Light Album is provided as is. We take reasonable steps to maintain it, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device, system version, or environment, or that it will meet every individual need.

9. Limitation of Liability

You should keep appropriate copies of important content and use the app carefully. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, device failure, user error, or interruption of third-party system services. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement to reflect product features or applicable requirements and will show the revision date on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised agreement; if you do not agree, you may stop using the app.
