1. Scope and Operator
This policy applies only to the Wenyue app provided by Shenzhen Lihangxing Technology Co., Ltd. It does not apply to the Lihangxing Technology website or other products and services.
2. Information We Process
To open, read, edit, preview, and export documents, Wenyue processes the content of files you choose and the basic file information necessary to complete those operations on your device.
- Local documents: supported text files you choose, including Markdown, HTML, and TXT.
- Edited and exported content: changes you enter, preview output, and export files such as PDFs that you choose to create.
- Support communications: only when you email support@lihangxing.com, we receive your email address and the information you provide in order to respond.
3. Permission Use
When you use the system file picker to open a file or location, Wenyue accesses only the files or folders you choose within the scope granted by the system, for reading, editing, saving, and exporting. Wenyue does not scan unrelated files that you did not select in order to provide local reading features.
4. Local Storage and Transmission
Documents that you open or edit are stored locally on your device or in a system file location you choose. Wenyue does not automatically upload document content to Lihangxing Technology servers merely because you open, preview, or edit a local document.
5. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your local documents for advertising analysis. A selected document is handed to another destination only when you intentionally use system sharing or export, or choose a file location provided by another service. That destination is responsible for its own data practices.
6. Retention and Deletion
Documents and export files remain on your device or in the file location you choose until you delete them through Wenyue, the system Files app, or the relevant storage location. Uninstalling Wenyue removes the app’s local settings and cache, but does not automatically delete documents stored outside the app.
7. Your Choices and Permission Controls
You decide which files to open, where to save changes, and whether to export or share. You can revoke Wenyue’s access to relevant locations through the system file interface. After access is revoked, Wenyue may no longer be able to open or save the affected files.
8. Children’s Privacy
Wenyue is not designed to collect children’s personal information. Children should use it with a guardian’s guidance and handle documents containing personal information carefully.
9. Policy Updates and Contact Us
We will update this policy and its revision date if Wenyue's features or data practices change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide an appropriate notice.
